Understanding Business and Management

Trainees develop understanding of fundamental aspects of business and management, including:

Challenging Existing Practices

A five day course in which trainees acquire process improvement tools and techniques and implement these in a genuine work-based project, culminating in a presentation to Senior Management:

  • Recommendation presentation to Senior Management
