KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Overall receptionist/hospitality duties for Pack House and Office
- Company vehicles administration for BGL and BGG including Pool Vehicle
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Meet and greet all visitors to Berry Gardens
- Answer and transfer incoming calls
- Postal duties- opening, distributing, and franking post on a daily basis, distributing internal post to appropriate departments
- Meeting Room diary management
- Hospitality including ordering and providing refreshments for meetings
- Booking taxis and ad hoc travel requests
- Arrange online meetings for the wider team
- Raising purchase orders for invoices as and when required
- Assisting with general administration as instructed on an ad-hoc basis
- Responsible for event booking forms, responses and organising changes where appropriate
- Assisting with arrangements and liaison for company events both externally and internally
- Attend events as required to support the business
- Support internal BG events, community projects and donations
- Ordering office supplies, stationary and equipment and updating/balancing the expense account and Administration credit card
