KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Support account management team with daily duties and administration
- Process customer programs and plans into Business system
- Liaise with supply chain and MRP to ensure delivery of daily and weekly customer plans
- Manage product / pack size changes both internally and externally with customers and growers. Maintain and update the internal packaging system
- Manage customer portal updates to ensure all sales/costs/ specs/promotions are loaded correctly and in a timely fashion
- Support Channel Manager with category plans.
- DAILY/WEEKLY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Liaise with customers for demand / supply updates.
- Liaise with growers to ensure they follow plans and communicate updates where appropriate
- Maintain internal service level and supply trackers
- Liaise with wider supply base when short/over supplied to ensure customer requirements are covered and maximising BG sales
- KEY STRATEGIC RESPONSBIBILITIES
- Support Account managers in preparing internal reporting and customer facing reports/presentations
- Assist growers with forward plans and direction
- Participate and contribute to Season reviews.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required.
